New England Conservatory, located at 290 Huntington Avenue, Boston, is one block from Boston Symphony Hall at the corner of Gainsborough Street and is easily reached by public transportation.

Driving:
Traveling east on the Massachusetts Turnpike, Route I-90, take Exit 22 to the Prudential exit, surface onto Huntington Avenue, continue straight through the light, go under or cross Massachusetts Avenue, and turn left at the traffic light onto Gainsborough Street.

Traveling north on Route I-93, take exit 18 to Massachusetts Avenue and continue north for six blocks. Turn left just before the white Symphony Towers onto St. Botolph Street and go one block to Gainsborough Street.

From the South - From I-93 take Exit 20 and immediately get into the left-hand lane. The overhead sign will read: Detour South Station via Frontage Road. Take this left exit off the ramp and follow Frontage Road north to South Station. Turn left on Kneeland St. and left again on Tremont St. The Citi Wang Theatre is on your left.

From the West - Take the "South Station" exit (#24-A) from the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Turn left on Kneeland Street and left again on Tremont Street. The Citi Wang Theatre is on your left.

From the North - Take the "Chinatown" exit (#22), a left-hand exit, off the Central Artery (I-93). Follow the signs toward Chinatown. At the set of lights at Kneeland Street, turn right onto Kneeland. Go straight for several blocks, then turn left on Tremont Street. The Citi Wang Theatre is on your left.

From Storrow Drive (Cambridge) -Take the Downtown Exit. Bear to the left across Beacon Street to Arlington Street. The Public Garden will be on your left hand side. Continue on Arlington Street for two more blocks. Take a left on Stuart Street. Continue on Stuart Street two more sets of lights. At the second set of light s take a right on Tremont Street. The Citi Wang Theatre is on your left.

Public Transportation:
The most convenient MBTA stops to the Citi Wang Theatre and the Citi Shubert Theatre are the MBTA Orange Line New England Medial Center stop and the MBTA Green Line Boylston Street stop. Both are located one block away from the theatres. The MBTA Red Line Park Street stop is two blocks north of the theatres on Tremont Street.

Driving:
From the North and South: Take I-93 to exit 26. Keep left at end of ramp and take underpass to Storrow Drive. Continue on Storrow Drive approximately 4 miles to Cambridge/Allston. Take the Harvard Square exit. Turn right at end of ramp onto John F. Kennedy Street. Harvard Square is approximately 1/2 mile straight ahead. The Coop is on the left, Out-of-Town News on the right. Continue forward on what is now Massachusetts Ave , stay in the middle lane. At the next light (Harvard Yard is on your right) stay to the right. Take the right under the underpass, follow signs toward Cambridge/Kirkland Streets. Coming up from the underpass, the road splits, stay to the left. This will bring you to a traffic light with Memorial Hall/Sanders Theatre on your left and the firehouse on your right.

From the West: Take I-90 East (Mass Turnpike) to exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston). Bear right after toll booth at end of exit ramp. Turn left after lights (before the bridge) onto Storrow Drive. Take Cambridge/Allston exit (1/2 mile ahead) and turn right at end of ramp onto John F. Kennedy Street. Harvard Square is approximately 1/2 mile straight ahead. Follow the directions from Harvard Square as listed above.

Public Transportation:

FROM LOGAN AIRPORT: Take the outbound airport road. Follow signs to the Sumner Tunnel. Pay the toll and go through the tunnel. After the tunnel, take the far right entrance onto I-93 North and continue to the second exit, Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square exit. At the first set of lights, take a right. The road immediately forks. The right fork is Bay State Road; the left fork will take you into Kenmore Square.

Public Transportation:
MBTA Green Line, "B" train, Boston University East stop (2 stops past Kenmore going outbound). Entrance to the Tsai Center is across the street from this stop.

PARKING:
To park in the lot at the rear of the Tsai Center, take Bay State Road. There is a parking lot directly behind the Tsai Center located at 240 Bay State Road, Boston [map]. There is usually a $6 parking fee (prices & availability vary). Additional commercial lots are available on Granby Street and on Deerfield Street in Kenmore Square, and metered parking is available on the surrounding streets.

To approach the Tsai Center from the front, go through Kenmore Square, staying to the right, to Commonwealth Avenue. The Tsai Center is 2 1⁄2 blocks outside of Kenmore Square, on the right side of the street at 685 Commonwealth Avenue—look for the red banners. Metered parking is available along Commonwealth Avenue.

The Berklee Performance Center is located at 136 Massachusetts Avenue [map], just south of Boylston Street. Situated in Boston’s Back Bay, the theater is easily accessible by "T," car, and bus.

Driving:
From points west: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) east to exit 22 (Prudential Center exit), which begins in a tunnel. When you reach this exit, bear left onto street level and stay left onto Huntington Avenue. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the third traffic light onto Massachusetts Avenue. The Berklee Performance Center is on your right, just past the third light.

From points due south: Take Route 93 north (Southeast Expressway) to the Massachusetts Avenue/Roxbury exit (a right-lane exit). Turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue at the traffic light. Continue on Massachusetts Avenue. The Berklee Performance Center is on your right, at the intersection of Mass Ave. and Boylston Street.

From points due north: Take Route 93 south or Route 1 south. These roads converge at Boston’s central artery. Follow the signs for Storrow Drive heading west and stay in the center lane. Take the Fenway exit and get into the left lane. Make a hard left onto Boylston Street and continue to the Massachusetts Avenue intersection. Turn right. The Berklee Performance Center is on the left, about 30 yards from the corner.

Public Transportation:
Take the MBTA Green Line to the Hynes Convention Center/ICA stop. Exit left onto Massachusetts Avenue and cross Boylston Street. The Berklee Performance Center is about 30 yards from the corner. Consult the MBTA web site for bus routes and schedules.

From the North: Take I-93 south to Exit #23 (South Station onto Purchase Street).  Continue along Purchase Street which becomes Surface Artery to Kneeland Street. Take a right onto Kneeland. After 2 blocks this becomes Stuart Street.  When Stuart Street dead-ends, turn right onto Charles Street.  Then take another right at the next light onto Boylston Street, then another right at the next light onto Tremont Street.  The Theater is in the next block on the right - look for the purple and gold banners and the electric marquee.

From the South:  Take I-93 north to Exit #20 (South Station). Go off exit ramp and bear left immediately following signs for South Station.  Go through a couple sets of lights and stay to the right at the split still following signs for South Station.  Keep going over ramp until you come to a light.  Take a left, turning on to Kneeland Street (after 2 blocks this becomes Stuart Street).  When Stuart Street dead-ends, turn right onto Charles Street.  Then take another right at the next light ontoBoylston Street, then another right at the next light onto Tremont Street.  The Theater is in the next block on the right – look for the colorful marquee.

From the Mass Pike:  Take the Copley exit.  Go left at the first light, onto Dartmouth Street.  Turn right at the second light onto Boylston Street.  Stay to the right.  At the fifth light, turn right onto Tremont Street.  The Theater is in the next block on the right - look for the colorful marquee.

Public Transportation:
The MBTA Green Line stop is Boylston/Theatre District.  When you leave the station, walk downhill to Boylston and Tremont streets, cross Boylston and continue downhill 1⁄2 block.  Look for the colorful marquee on the right. 

The MBTA Orange Line stop is Essex/Chinatown.  When you leave the station, walk to the front of the China Trade Center building.  Keep that building on your left as you walk one block along Boylston Street. At the next corner (Boylston and Tremont), turn left onto Tremont Street.  Look for the colorful marquee on the right.
