The award-winning Israeli choreographers Inbal Pinto and Avshalom Pollak are ingeniously imaginative artists whose richly intimate artistic vision speaks also of wider truths. “Oyster,” a full-length work making its Boston premiere, is a magically mysterious full-evening work combining the dreamlike qualities of Fellini and Tim Burton and the keen intellect of Pina Bausch; a fantastic circus-world of wandering street acrobats and oddly beautiful creatures, set to the music of Piazzola, Leoncavallo, Harry James, Yma Sumac and Tuvan throat singers.
