|In 1938, the year Celebrity Series was founded, over one hundred shows opened on Broadway. Rob Kapilow, with singers Rebecca Luker and Michael Winther, pays tribute to that era by exploring the songs of the Tin Pan Alley master song writer, Harold Arlen, unlocking the secrets of this composer of over 400 songs, many of them, such as Over the Rainbow, Stormy Weather, and I’ve Got the World on a String, recognized as among the very best in the Great American Songbook.
