The mission of Celebrity Series of Boston, a nonprofit organization, is to present the best in the performing arts to the broadest possible audience, to create new works that bring artists and audiences together, and to engage young audiences in artistic experiences through performing arts-based education and community service programs.
Even with sold-out performances, ticket sales cover less than 65% of the cost it takes to bring Celebrity Series artistic and education programs to you. Generous donations from individuals, foundations, corporations and government grants help to bridge the gap and ensure that Celebrity Series performances and our Arts, Education and Community Program remain healthy, thriving and available to all.
