While keeping the same great subscriber benefits from seasons past, we've made changes to the subscription process this year to ensure flexibility, responsiveness, and transparency.

If you have any questions about the changes to the process or need support, our customer service team is here to support you!

1. Know when to buy tickets

Tickets are available now for performances occurring between September and January. Please visit our calendar page to purchase tickets. The deadline to subscribe to fall performances has closed.

On December 7, subscriptions will go on sale for performances occurring between February and June 2022. Special presale opportunities will be offered in gratitude to loyal subscribers and generous members who help make our upcoming season possible:

Dress Circle Presale (Donors of $1,250+) Tuesday, November 9 at noon
Friends Circle Presale (Donors of $100+) Tuesday, November 16 at noon
Current 2021/22 season subscribers Tuesday, November 30 at noon
Past subscribers from 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons Tuesday, November 30 at noon
Subscriptions open to the general public Tuesday, December 7 at noon

Learn more about how to gain presale access at celebrityseries.org/membership. Current members and renewing subscribers will be contacted via email with more instructions on how to access their presale opportunity, including a direct link to subscribe on their presale date/ time. To check the status of your membership, please visit the membership section of your account. If you have any additional questions regarding memberships, please email advancement@celebrityseries.org.

2. Know how to subscribe

The simplest way to order your subscription is through our website (celebrityseries.org). When it comes time to purchase tickets, visit the calendar page to start your order. Telephone ordering will be available during box office hours, but online orders are encouraged to avoid hold times. The paper order form has been discontinued in order to be flexible and responsive to the evolving performance landscape.

3. Prepare your online account

Returning patrons: If you have previously purchased tickets with Celebrity Series, please view the My Account section of our website to confirm you can access the account and updated contact information is on file. If have never purchased tickets on our website before, it is possible that you do not have an online account with us. Please email boxoffice@celebrityseries.org so that we can attach a login to your account.

New patrons: If you are new to Celebrity Series, please create a new account.

4. Tell us your interests

Once logged into your account, let us know your communication preferences, such as what performance genres are of most interest to you and contact preferences such as going paperless, so communications can be tailored to you. These preferences can be accessed in the 'My Interests' section of your account.

5. Choose your performances and mark your calendar

This is the fun part!  Explore the performance calendar before subscriptions go on sale to choose the performances you'd like to order.
