Alan Cumming: Legal Immigrant

Symphony Hall

Alan Cumming seems to be up for anything. Well known for his Tony Award-winning Emcee in Cabaret, and his ongoing role as host of PBS's Masterpiece Mystery, Cumming has also hosted the Tony Awards, designed a perfume, worked with Stanley Kubrick, voiced a Smurf and appeared in a Jay-Z video. The versatile actor, singer, author and activist thrilled his Sanders Theatre audience in his first Celebrity Series appearance last season and returns with his new cabaret show, Legal Immigrant.

Tickets for this performance are available through the Symphony Hall box office, and Subscription ticket sales have closed for this performance. Tickets are available online at bso.org or via phone at 888.266.1200. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the Symphony Hall box office windows beginning three hours before the performance.

“In the underpopulated arena of male cabaret singers, Mr. Cumming may be the only one with the talent and drive to change its direction.”
