There is an accessible entrance on the Huntington Ave side of the building, in the Cohen Wing entrance, which also has an elevator to bring patrons to the 1st and 2nd balconies. Some steps are required to reach rows A and B in both the 1st and 2nd balconies. Wheelchair accessible seats are located on the orchestra level.

The Access Service Center, located at the Cohen Wing entrance on Huntington Avenue, dispenses assistive listening headsets, wheelchairs, and large-print programs, and emergency medical equipment. The staff will also assist patrons to and from their seats or vehicles, or with any other requests.
