How to use this form:
- Fill out all personal information with the most up to date phone and email
- Select the show you are exchanging from the drop down menu
- Select the show you would like to exchange into (if you don’t know, that’s fine too! You can select to keep the credit on your account for another performance this season, or put the balance towards a tax-deductible donation)
- Let us know how to contact you for payment of any remaining balance (we cannot seat you in the new performance until we have the order paid in full, so let us know which way is most convenient for you)
- Upload an image of your voided tickets
- Let us know where you would like to be seated, or if there is a price range you would like to sit in (i.e. “Similar seats to what we had before” or “Put me in a price zone where I don’t have a difference in price”)
- That’s it! A representative will review your order and reach out with any questions, but most exchanges will be completed within 1-2 business days. You will get a confirmation email from a representative once your exchange is complete.
The ability to exchange is a subscriber-only benefit. Requests from non-subscribers will not be accommodated.
