If you chose "Mobile" as your ticket delivery method, you'll receive your event tickets through this new digital platform.
Access your new ticket wallet now and you'll be on your way to effortlessly enjoy your performances after just a few taps in the lobby!
Visit mobile.celebrityseries.org from your smartphone or tablet. We recommend starting a new window in Safari or Chrome.
Add mobile.celebrityseries.org to your phone's home screen as a saved bookmark to find it easily.
Log in with the email address and password you used to purchase your Celebrity Series tickets. You'll be able to reset your password from this screen if you've forgotten it.
Or, choose "Log in without a password" to receive a six-digit code to the email address on file. You can enter the code (copy and paste is supported) to access your account.
Once you're logged in, you'll see tickets for all of your upcoming events.
Dynamic QR codes for upcoming events will be available three hours before the performances. Do not take screenshots of these QR codes! They change every 30 seconds and will not be valid for admission.
Select the "Add to Apple Wallet" button to add the tickets to your digital wallet. You can do this at any time, but your QR codes will not appear until three hours before curtain.
True Tickets is currently developing integrations for the Samsung Wallet and Google Wallet apps for Android. Look for these later in the season.
From your selected event, tap the "Share" button and follow the numbered steps.
Enter the recipient's name and select which of the tickets in your order you want to share with them.
Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then tap next. On the next screen, verify the details, then tap "Confirm."
Tap "Share with Guest" for a link that you can share through your preferred messaging app. Certain pop-up blockers might interfere with "Share with Guest" functionality. You can always copy and paste the link into your preferred messaging app if you have an issue sharing through the shortcut icons.
If you need to re-share, choose "Share this invite again."
Your guest will need to set up their own Celebrity Series Ticket Wallet to receive the shared tickets.
Guests will be able to set up an account from the sharing link, but it could take a few minutes for them to add their info and get the account set up. Even though the process is quick and easy, we recommend you give them as much notice as you can!

No, you cannot.
True Tickets creates a dynamic QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds, so you must present the codes in your Celebrity Series Ticket Wallet or your compatible smartphone Wallet app for scanning.
No, your ticket wallet is a simple website login that shows your tickets. You'll use a supported mobile browser (Chrome or Safari): no need to download a new app!
Some venues may offer public Wi-Fi but Celebrity Series cannot guarantee that it will be available. Please plan to use your data to access your tickets.
If you have connectivity issues, please stop by the box office for assistance.
Only tickets with a digital delivery type will be visible in your True Tickets Wallet.
If you requested Will Call or another delivery method for select events, they won't appear in your Wallet, but they will be visible when you access My Account.
It's okay: these things happen! Visit the box office before the performance; they'll help you out with a location pass or another option.

Your Celebrity Series Ticket Wallet is a secure website. Each user needs a login to access their tickets, including those that have been shared.
Shared tickets are not valid until they are accepted into a Celebrity Series Ticket Wallet account.
Once you have shared a digital ticket, you will see one of two statuses:
Ticket Shared with (Pending) Your Guest’s Name
Ticket Accepted by Your Guest’s Name
No, tickets that have been shared cannot be donated, exchanged, reshared, or resold. They may not be transferred by the sharing recipient by any method.
If you can no longer attend, select “Return this ticket to sender,” to return the ticket to the original purchaser, so it can be shared again, exchanged, or donated.
Ticket exchange and donation is an exclusive subscriber benefit.
Sharing within your Celebrity Series Ticket Wallet is not intended for ticket resale.
You cannot resell a ticket for more than the original all-in purchase price, as covered by Massachusetts and federal ticket resale legislation.
The original purchase price is always shown to the end recipient.
