This event features two incredible soloists sharing the stage in contrasting global music offerings. New York-based Colombian clarinetist and saxophonist Juan Ruizknown for his work with 15-time Grammy winner Paquito D’Riverajoins forces with Cuban pianist and composer Camila Cortina. Together, they explore the rich blend of jazz and Latin musical traditions in an expressive, rhythm-forward set.

The second half features Israeli-born clarinetist Itay Dayan, a rising voice in contemporary klezmer. Performing with musicians from the acclaimed Klezmer Conservatory Band, Dayan leads a spirited and soulful performance that honors both klezmer and contemporary jazz traditions while pushing musical boundaries. 

Everyone is welcome at all of our performances, especially our free performances in the community through our Neighborhood Arts series. Seating is first come first serve, and all of our venues have the ability to provide Accessible seating.
